New Survey Examines Health Care Technology Investments
A new survey sheds light on the digital priorities of health system leaders. The survey covered more than 20 major U.S. health systems and was conducted by the Pittsburgh-based Center for Connected Medicine in partnership with the Health Management Academy. Republicans have finished writing the final version of their tax bill, clearing the way for a floor vote that leaders say they are optimistic will pass -- and at least two key Senate votes have gone from no to yes. As for locking up the remaining votes, Senate leaders were scrambling for at least four more senators, and with the health of two others in question it hasn't been locked in. Vice President Pence was asked to scrap his Christmas plans and stay in Washington where he may be needed to cast a tie-breaking Senate vote.
