He believes they have given up on the commitment to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons and have accepted that Iran will gradually, within a few years, develop capabilities to produce material for many nuclear weapons. Netanyahu is scheduled to address a joint meeting of Congress on Tuesday and is expected to focus his speech on U.S. nuclear negotiations with Iran.
