Tuesday the penalty phase of convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev begins. Parents of the youngest victim, 8-year-old Martin Richard, want authorities to consider taking the death penalty off the table. They believe sentencing Tsarnaev to death could bring years of appeals and will only prolong reliving the most painful day of their lives. They say if the convicted bomber is sentenced to life, the media frenzy surrounding him will fade and they can start to rebuild their lives and family.
