The state Supreme Court ruled 6-0 in favor of allowing 870 Pittsburgh Police officers to live outside of the city limits as long as the residence is within 25 air-miles of City Hall downtown. The president of the FOP, called it a huge win for the city's officers seeking school options or lower tax rates.
