Some Senate Democrats want to delay the confirmation of Supreme Court nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch until after the FBI investigation into possible collusion between Trump's campaign and the Russians. Democrats still smarting over Republican's refusal last year to consider Judge Merrick Garland, Obama's nominee, because they wanted the next president elect to choose. Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer contends if the shoe were on the other foot and a Democratic president was under investigation, Republicans wouldn't be filling a Supreme Court seat. Should the Senate hold off confirmation of Judge Gorsuch to Supreme Court until after the FBI investigation of President Trump's campaign?
