A disorderly conduct conviction against a South Fayette teenager who recorded an alleged bullying incident with his iPad has been dismissed. The 15-year-old is a special needs student and he recorded his alleged tormentors in class. The Allegheny County District Attorney's office dismissed the citation, saying the teen's activity didn't rise to disorderly conduct.
