An agreement worked out by attorneys from all sides and Common Pleas Judge Lawrence O'Toole will allow a group of non-profits, headed by the Pittsburgh Foundation to purchase the financially troubled August Wilson Center. In the process, the 980 Development Group will not develop a hotel at the site, Dollar Bank will get $7.9 million of money that it is owed, and smaller debtors will not be paid.
