Takacs Quartet with Marc-Andre Hamelin
In May, 2012, Gramophone Magazine announced that the Takács Quartet was the only string quartet to be inducted into its first Hall of Fame. Combined with the talent and genius of Marc-Andre Hamelin, who recently received a lifetime achievement prize by the German Record Critic’s Award, this is a concert not to be missed.
According to a new poll from the Associated-Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, most Americans see Clinton's gender playing a role in the campaign, with 37 percent saying her gender will help her chances of being elected president, 29 percent arguing it will hurt her, and 33 percent thinking it won't make a difference.
